The right of withdrawal

 

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without stating reasons. During this period you can do with the product what is reasonably necessary to evaluate the product. You may try the product as you would in a physical store. You can remove the product from the packaging unless the packaging contains a seal in the case of CDs, DVDs, Blu-Ray discs or software.

 

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the product.

 

If you have ordered several goods with different delivery times in one order, the withdrawal period will expire 30 days after the day on which you received the last product or part. As soon as you have agreed with us on a regular delivery of products, the withdrawal period will expire 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you have acquired physical possession of the first product.

In the case of services, the withdrawal period expires 30 days after the conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can send us an e-mail, whether or not including the model form, to hello@noboringo.com. You must return the products within 14 days of sending the email.

 

We request that you return the product in its original packaging as much as possible.

 

Refund

In the event of withdrawal, you will receive all payments, including delivery costs for the outgoing shipment, as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after you have indicated that you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal. We will refund you with the same payment method that you used to pay, unless you agree a different method with us. You bear the costs for the return shipment yourself. We estimate that these costs will amount to a maximum of € 200.00.

 

Exclusion right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for: – products made to your specification, such as all products supplied by us that have been modified in any way deviating from the standard, business customers are also excluded from the right of withdrawal
