The full size trolley is covered with the enchanting painting "The Milkmaid" by Johannes Vermeer. The images are professionally applied and provided with a protective laminate layer. This has a protective function, but also prevents discoloration. The images are easy to clean. 
 
The painting (approx. 1660) shows a maid who can be recognized by her simple clothes and headgear. In the painting, the woman pours milk into a jug from which the painting owes its name.
 
In 1908 the Remprandt Association acquired the work for the Rijksmuseum Amsterdam, where it can still be admired today. 
 
Johannes Vermeer (*1632 †1675) is one of the most famous painters of the Dutch 17th century. The fact is that Vermeer grew up in Delft (The Netherlands), the city where he would always live and work until his death. In addition to being a painter, Vermeer was also an art dealer and appraiser of paintings.
